There may be certain requirements to be met for place of business, business residency or address for service in order to apply to register a trademark. We would be pleased to discuss such issues with trademark customers.

Once you get your trademark registered, you can use it forever. However, you must use it in trade on a regular basis. The trademark registration can be renewed every 10 years.
