... Fixed fee bundles with FREE trademark searches in certain cases
The searches included in BATTLE's fixed bundles relate to searches of certain registered trademarks and are available in certain cases for certain clients, when they use BATTLE to apply to register their trademarks. Multiple terms in trademarks may require additional searches, the costs of which we will advise to you.
Currently, the FREE trademark searches in the bundles applies for clients using BATTLE to make applications to register trademarks in Ireland, the UK and for Community trade marks, on foot of completed agreements and completed applications. Outside of Ireland and the UK, searches of national trademarks in individual countries and those involving translations or foreign languages are chargeable for search fees, and available solely at BATTLE's discretion. We will discuss any requirements for additional trademark search fees with you.
For clients that do not file applications using BATTLE, trademark searches are chargeable. When you order a trademark search from us, trademark search fees are payable in the event you do not proceed to use BATTLE to make an application for you. However, such fees are refundable in certain cases in the event a client proceeds with a trademark application with BATTLE. This means that certain trademark search costs in certain cases can be FREE for customers who use BATTLE as trademark agents.
